Chai – Chrestomanci Come Chai With Me (Chai)

Just wanted to let you know that the cats have now fallen in lurrrrrrrrve with each other. I am sure Em explained all on the phone earlier, but wow, it is just amazing. Lily has now absolutely decided to be his Mum She croons to him and calls him and will not let him out of her sight for a second. He has started exploring the house properly now (obviously because he is feeling so much more comfortable) and each time he makes little baby cries, she goes rushing over and licks him frantically. They are now curled up in a little cuddle puddle on Em’s lap. It must be such a joy for her to have a little one and to finally have someone who can speak “Cat” back properly – lol my cat is ok as a second language but obviously never as good as the real thing. He is adoring all the affection and does not stop purring when he is getting cuddled by Mum, Aunty and Cat Mom, he seems to get most joy out of being cleaned by Lily (who is fascinated with his ears!!) Eating with her seems to have made his appetite come back, so now they will be fed together – roll on fluffy day!!!! I found some mince at a really good price at the Sainsburys, so it was steak mince dinner tonight and they loved it. I am just so thrilled with him and how well he has coped with it all. He is a darling, darling little boy. Lily is having all her maternal wishes come true and chirps to him in just the way mom’s do to babies. Bounce Bounce, it is all sooooooooo exciting
